Jon and Jo’El helped us plan a wonderful Disney trip for 7 family members. They even came to meet us in person over lunch to discuss our plans. They found the perfect accommodations and park tickets at great prices well within our budget. We were set and ready to go but then COVID happened and Disney closed two days before our arrival. We were extremely disappointed but there was nothing we could do. Our biggest concern was getting refunds from the park and our condo!! Jon was on top of it!! Thankfully we were refunded for everything. I would highly recommend their services for any travel plans. They are very personable and attentive to all your needs. We plan to use them again!!
