Disagree with Andy. We lived in one of Wayne's rental homes for close to four years. During that time, pretty much every major issue you could have with a home we had: (AC/Heater broken, Sewer pipes clogged/backed up, Breaker box acting funny, Plumbing woes, Water Heater died, etc.) Wayne was ON TOP OF IT. They're all issues that are normal with older homes, so no skin off our backs. Wayne sent out the proper professionals and took care of the problems. Thanks, Wayne.

Don t know about him as a builder, but Wayne Robinson is TERRIBLE as a landlord! He does not care about his tenants nor apparently about his reputation. My GF rented a house in Rome, GA from Robinson beginning October, 2011 for 1075/month. There were repeated problems almost immediately, the worst of which was plumbing backing up and raw sewage flooding the floor TWICE. After constantly hounding him, he eventually sent incompetent plumbers who let the sewage flood the basement floor through the bathtub drain, ruining boxes of belongings in the basement. When informed of this, Robinson's response was \I didn't do that. The plumbers did. Don't blame me. Blame them.\ The plumbers and city said the problem was tree roots in the pipes. Robinson had the nerve to suggest it was my GF s fault for flushing things down the toilet! Also, the AC unit's drain downstairs backed up and flooded the basement floor TWICE ruining boxes of clothes and other property. Took days to get someone out to fix it and NO OFFER FROM ROBINSON TO REIMBURSE FOR LOSS. Said it was not his responsibility and she should have had renter's insurance. He promised to fix a backyard fence and plant grass. NEVER got around to it in more than a year. He's an absentee landlord and if you rent from him, you might as well assume any problems or repairs are up to YOU. For nearly 1100 a month, you should get much better service and a landlord who is RESPONSIBLE for his properties.
