I was initially quite happy about the delivery time but I have noticed 1 day after receiving my order that 2 products I had purchased had a price dropped. I called them to see if they could do something as the decrease was 10% of my total order and been told that price vary and they won't do anything. Quite a disappointment, it is those simple things that makes a difference; I know where NOT to purchase in the future.

Some of the best and efficient customer service that I have had the fortune to receive, from Joanne Sells and one of her colleagues named Lorraine. They treat their customers decently, honestly and with properly good service. Harder to find in December 2020 (and before). These guys are amazing. Decent products at decent prices. I've continued to recommend them, because they earned it.

In store shopping is good, the staff are friendly and it has a pretty good collection of guitars as well as a dedicated room for speakers, DJ equipment etc. Online shopping is poor, mainly because of the deliveries. I ordered 18 days ago with estimated 2-6 days shipping. This is partially UPS' fault but also there was nothing stated on the website about my order coming from Germany. Overall i would not purchase online as they are still using UPS and it is just not worth the endless and frustrating wait.

Ordered guitar on Monday 10am, it was delivered on Tuesday at 12 ALL THE WAY FROM GERMANY. No other store in UK even had stock or any idea of when that model will be in stock..
