I have registered my name about 2 weeks ago and still no contact from the Sergery. The said they will call me a week ago to discuss my details, but no contact yet. I have told them that, I need urgent medication s, but they didn't care.

I'm very happy at this surgery. Trying to get through to make an appointment can sometimes be difficult if you need one sooner rather than later but they always offer an alternative option for example the health hub.

Dreadful. I would phone at 8am and never get through. The rare times i did get to speak to someone they would say no appointment for 8 weeks. Receptionists dont care if you live or die. If you are reading this, do what i did, discharge from their service and join Babylon- virtual gp in london who will see you the same day by video call. I give babylon gp 5 stars.

Just Awful My girlfriend having the worst stomach pain was turned away by the dragons on reception. After finally getting in touch with 111 and after all the redirecting were informed by a doctor to go to the out of hours services for 6.10, only to be told there was no note of any appointment made. The lack of communication in this establishment is a joke, looks like a delightful trip to A&E once I’ve finished work. Thank you North Street.

Very bad service. Always get prescription wrong and try to pick them up to day for them to say at 5pm sorry its shut. Come back tomorrow. Could have put it on the website staff are nice and the doctors but just needs better service.
