Ordered and paid for a pie and mash. They only dropped the pie and had nothing else to offer I am lost for words. Very shocked as I’ve used robins for years as have my family and we have never had this disrespect will never be going back here

Been going to Robins for over 30 years from when they were in East Ham. Always a great plate of pie and mash!
We used to go every week to Robin's Romford before lock down.We couldn't wait for it to open again. But since it's opened we have been twice and sorry to say it isn't as nice as it was, the pies are lovely and meaty but the liquor is bland and the vinegar is watered down. It just lacks the flavour now. Does anyone know if they have changed hands because the staff are different as well.
The food is 10/10 best pie and mash ive ever had, and the service was excellent would definitely come back again and recommend to a friend.
What can I say...if you're an East Ender... it's in your blood, if you're not you'll find nothing like a proper pie and mash anywhere else in the world...I remember vividly all the Kelly shops down the Roman...up Bethnal Green too! I'll always stop off for a pie and mash...
