Excellent service. I went in to enquire about an up-to-date Samsung expecting to pay 200-250 and came out for 110 with a new A013. I was assured it would be more than adequate for my needs - and it is. When was the last time you were down-sold? Absolutely charming lady who knows her stuff. We've an Apple-only shop in Romsey, now we have a repair and sales shop for Android.
Yaz went above and beyond to fix my water-damaged phone with precious (and un backed up!) baby photos on it. She even took it to London with her for further work when initial repairs failed. Great service and fair prices. Highly recommend!
I had my daughters iPhone battery changed today. The lovely lady in the shop was professional and had it ready to collect within the hour. She even replaced the screen protector free of charge. I thought the price for the battery and fitting was very reasonable and the over all service was excellent!! The shop was clean with hand sanitizer at the door and till and a screen at the till. Would 100% recommend and will be returning for any further phone problems. Thank you!!
