HORRIBLE!! NOT RELIABLE!! Contracted a month in advance to correlate with the sale of my home. The POD did not arrive on schedule date; the POD did not arrive again next day for reschedule date. I was NEVER contacted and spent endless hours trying to get assistance and answers. They said, \sorry\, the only thing they could do was reschedule again the following week (as if I had a shred of trust left). Timing is everything when you sell, move, buy. PODS left me hanging when it was time for my home to be vacated and new owners moving in. I had to make last minute arrangements with rental truck, storage unit, and (thank God) family. They take funds the day prior to delivery so I also had to watch-dog the refund which took 8-days. Do yourself a favor and bypass this company if timing is important to you.

Pods worked for us big time. Their customer care support is good. They are friendly and understand your need. They have accommodated last min request. Had great experience and would recommend. Picture shows 16ft and it’s good for 2-3 bedroom apartment.

I had a move from MI to NC. Figured PODS would be easy! Fill the PODS, get picked up, have them moved, unpack. The concept is nice. The company is NOT! They don't even know their own rental agreement. So be warned, you will pay for the entire move within a few days of signing the agreement, even though the agreement says differently. Also be sure that you have a FIRM confirmation of your pickup, because their staff is not great at making sure that actually happens and then you have to wait another 2 days. I'm also not clear how one POD took 7 days to transport and the other took 13 days to move. Also, do NOT expect a credit when they screw up. That will NEVER happen. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy! Moving is stressful enough. Then you throw PODS in the mix, you might as well stay where you are.

The staff at this location left our Pod outside for an entire week through Christmas. During that week it was burglarized at least 2x. There were no cameras in the lot. The manager admitted that he saw the door was open and didn't call us for a week, saying he thought the items left outside of it were going to be thrown away. This was perhaps the most devastating experience of our lives and took 8 months to resolve with their insurance company, which only gave us a little over 1/2 of what we asked for in financial compensation. Thankfully we took many pictures of our possessions and had many receipts. We strongly advise no one to use Pods or this location. Their lawyers were slimy. The non-use of cameras in the lot is clearly intentional and prevented us from getting our possessions back. The police didn't investigate b/c there was not a camera. Pods did an excellent job, you were always on time within your time frame for deliveries and pick ups. You also had excellent communication with the phone calls and text the day before any delivery and pick up and your drivers always called about 30 minutes before hand. some times I would have trouble with the website with scheduling but when I used the chat or called they would set up everything for me. all in all you did a great job!
