Ron did an amazing job on our home inspection. We were first time home buyers and wanted someone we could trust! He really came through and the things we found out through him saved us A LOT of money. We were able to go back and renegotiate and that saved us a ton of money and work that would have been needing done right away. I love that he actually gets in the attic and in the crawl space.. places I would prefer not to go but you really do need to know what’s going on down (or up) there. He got to show us a lot in person of what he found and the things that were over my head or a little overwhelming were all found in his very detailed report. That’s something you can keep on file and refer back to over the years. It includes EVERYTHING and even photos. There is no perfect home so unfortunately things are always found but believe me, you want to know about them and not be surprised by them later! It’s really the best investment you can make when buying your home. I highly recommend Ron Jackson.
