We bought a apartment in the beginning of 2017 from Caorza and the promised us it will be ready in 18 months but we didn’t got the keys until mars 2020. Caorza refused to paying the fines that was in the contract for the delay. The told us to go to court. For 2 months ago the come in for replacing all the broken tiles in guaranty and after the toke away 4 tiles they don’t have any new with same color. The told us to accept the different color and put a ruck over it. We have contacted our layers and we never gonna accept this kind of professionals. Don’t buy from this company because the will never keep there promise.
