The TraceGenie platform was developed after the completion of the three-year phase of research, and the brand was duly registered in July 2014. The platform was launched in March 2015, and TraceGenie went live with their first trace instructions on the first day of April 2015. We have a network of over two hundred dedicated and well-trained trace agents with each possessing over ten years’ experience in tracing industry. These professionals are proficient in Asset Tracing, Beneficiary Tracing, Employment Tracing, Lost Shareholder Tracing, Missing Person Tracing and Relative Tracing. TraceGenie has a deep understanding of the processes and procedures required from a fund administrator perspective and continually innovates its system to meet these requirements and pro-actively assist administrators to effectively and efficiently resolve unclaimed benefits.
