We apply advanced technology, and the more significant part of the tracing is still done on the spreadsheets. TraceGenie has a goal to modify the former, engage in the empowerment and education of our tracing agents and corporate bodies, and to utilize the available technology for the tracing and management of trace instructions. The TraceGenie platform was developed after the completion of the three-year phase of research, and the brand was duly registered in July 2014. The platform was launched in March 2015, and TraceGenie went live with their first trace instructions on the first day of April 2015. We have a network of over two hundred dedicated and well-trained trace agents with each possessing over ten years’ experience in tracing industry. These professionals are proficient in Asset Tracing, Beneficiary Tracing, Employment Tracing, Lost Shareholder Tracing, Missing Person Tracing and Relative Tracing. TraceGenie has a deep understanding of the processes and procedures required from a fund administrator perspective and continually innovates its system to meet these requirements and pro-actively assist administrators to effectively and efficiently resolve unclaimed benefits. This includes: • 24/7 secure online access to real-time status reports, • member search functionality, • audit trail and access to electronic copies of documents, • Unlimited reports and own report mapping (building) We are currently resourced with a country-wide network of over 200 highly skilled tracing agents including: • Beneficiary Field Tracers - Physical Tracing, visiting the beneficiary and signing of relevant documents for pay-out. • Field Agents for physical confirmation and verification of an address or asset.
