So impressed with Wimpy Cradlestone! Delish food, excellent service and fully Covid compliant! Screens between tables, a server sanitizers the table and chairs before seating. What a wonderful experience! Special mention to a server named Lawrence, exceptional all round. 5 stars

Received cold food then when complained to the manager - he said it's not his fault, ergo non-existent professionalism in my opinion. Never understand how South Africans can just accept such poor to mediocre at best service. Won't find me or my family at this particular restaurant again.

Disfactory food, couldn't even cut through my chicken! The marshmallows on my milk shake were stale, the corn looked unedidble and the spinach was sticky. The milkshake on its own was kinda good doe. The chicken burger looked flat as a pancake and the chips were stale.

The Manager of that wimpy is an absolute STAR, profesional, ellegant, sophisticated, exelent at handeling a situasion, most friendliest staff ,well mannered and kind, BEST WIMPY EVER !!!!!!!!!!!
