What a bad service I've ever received I've been promised that they will deliver my staff they never delivered it since we made arrangements on payment since I was on my way from work I got stucked and before they even unstucked me I waited for lot of hours not to mention the lies from the guys this company is a disgrace more special when you paid I regret using ur company full of promises and lies

This is not a 24/7 service. After 11 they stopped answering their phones. Sent proof of payment at 21:15, was told it was fake. The man was rude over the phone and unprofessional and told my friend "until I see payment chief, we have nothing to talk about." Even with an immediate payments, it apparently takes 2 hours to clear which we didn't know, we tried telling them that but nobody would listen. When the money clearer at 23:15, they refused to answer their phones. We waited till 01:30, nothing. We sent an email cancelling the order but that morning at 07:00 a driver arrived asking about the car that needed towing. We didn't hear anything from the company via email or call, just a whatsapp confirming the cancellation later that day and that a refund has been made. If I could give minus stars, I would... Found the nicest towing service the next day, when proof of payment was sent, they were there within 20 minutes to help.

Absolutely horrible service from these guys. We waited from 9pm till 2am for them. At which point they were no longer answering the phone or replying to my WhatsApp enquiry. All we needed was a tow for our stranded car from joburg to Pretoria. They gave a quote and we agreed as they claimed to already have a truck available. We eventually found a truck from mathe consortium to drive from Pretoria to joburg and back to Pretoria. We got back at About 4 am. Thank you very much downtown, your service was a real letdown. If I could give a no star I would. That was not even a one star service. Once again big up!!! To maybe consortium for saving the day!!!!
