I am not sure how to rate this dealer as I get different service everytime, As for my sales person I am not impressed she is just a deal pusher with money at the back of her head not the customer, the guys you meet when you drop your car are excellent, the information you get when you are inside not so pleasant it differs with every other person, whether I can refer a person there I am not sure, I hope this time around with the new management things will improve. some people there are great and some are just there to work and they don''t really care about anything else. I am in between just because of a few people that are there doing a great job.

I bought a Renault Captur here and Filly Madolo assisted me. That was October 2019. He promised to send me the licence disc and the service book. It is no 24 January 2020 and I'm still waiting for this. Come on Filly, really?

Last year I went to Imperial select Roodeport and the service was very disappointing...had issues and contacted the dealership with low expectations mid Feb 2019. The new management blew me away with excellent service. Thank you Johan and Johan in finance I now understand the financing part better. Excellent Service thank you.

Please do not EVER take your vehicle here! When they EVENTUALLY answer the call at reception, the spares department does not pick up. the phone does not transfer back to the switchboard so that you can leave a message either. If this is your first contact, then rather steer clear - can you imagine how long they will take to get your spares? I HOPE MITSUBISHI SA will take note of these messages and do something about it. I will rather have my vehicle towed to Mitsubishi East Rand where you get GREAT service!!!
