System was down on the day we visited so it was dreadfully slow for them to service us AND it was a Saturday but the staff made us aware of the issue and tried to speed up the process as fast they could. You NEED a proof of res, your ID and a cash deposit on the trailer to be able to rent one, however the trailers are SUPER affordable and not pricey. I didn't have any issues getting my deposit back once I returned my trailer. you get the trailer for a full 24 hours from renting. I.e if you took it out at 10 today it must be back just by or preferably before that time tomorrow or else you will pay another days rate.
