Steve was 100% amazing! We had a roof leak. We called six big roofing companies who made us wait and wait just for an appointment to see what was going on. Their quotes were astronomically high and they were all trying to schedule us for weeks later. All seemed interested only in entire roof replacement (which we absolutely did not need). I called Steve and things moved along so quickly! He was prompt and professional. He showed up when he said he would to check out the issue and sent a very fair estimate via email the same day. The leak was fixed the very next morning! From what we've seen thus far, his employees did a great repair job. I will never contact any of those other guys. It's rare to find such an upstanding businessman anymore. Definitely don't hesitate to contact him if you need a roof repaired!

Roofer 911 is 1st Class company that provide top-notch customer service. Steve, the owner, was responsive from start to finish. I had an emergency replacement that was needed. I was really impressed with how quickly we were able to schedule the initial estimate as well as the work. Steve and his team took excellent care of cleaning up after the roof replacement. I couldn't have a more beautiful, water-tight roof. Roofer 911 provided excellent work AND great value!!! Highly Recommend!
Had a occasional water leak along HVAC vent leading into utility room from roof. Steve and his team had helped me in 2017 when ridge vent had blown off roof during wind storm and I needed immediate assistance; called him again to assist with this. Long story short, it was time to replace my 29 year old roof (3 story townhome). Steve was responsive, super friendly, and provided very reasonable quote. His team was excellent...arrived on time, worked efficiently and quickly to complete the replacement in one day, and left my property (as well as my neighbor's property) looking better than when they had arrived. Additionally, Steve provided me with multiple pictures of the work progress as well as completed roof. Best experience, by far, than with many other trades people I've encountered. I left Steve a message in the morning, he got back to me and was out to the house before noon to check out the problem, and he had a crew out to make the necessary repairs that afternoon. Steve assessed the issue more thoroughly than past roofers I had out, and his crew resolved the leak entirely, unlike past roofers. Very reasonably priced, especially given the rapid service. They are my go-to roofers for the future!

His team went above and beyond with their work, especially because it turned out our old roof had two layers to remove - not an easy task. They also took excellent care of cleaning up after our roof and gutter replacement. We couldn't have a more beautiful, water-tight roof and new gutters.
