Amazing & consistent customer care from start to finish. Miles was an absolute dream from my initial panicked phone call and coming out to assess, right through to payment after a swiftly completed job. There was no pressure in wanting us to commit, he was reassuring and completely honest with all the options available to us. His recommendation for what needed doing was actually less than I anticipated, which is always a nice bonus. Even at this extremely busy time, Miles always responded promptly to my texts and calls and he even managed to squeeze us in to get his fitters round at the earliest convenience. The fitters were professional, efficient, non intrusive and finished the job sharp, with minimum disruption - exactly as promised. We're very happy and have already given some recommendations to my friends. Thanks Miles and team and and keep up the great work.

Excellent service, a straightforward roof repair albeit in a tricky and very high up spot with scaffolding needed. Replaced my Fascia whilst they were up there and gave me a good assessment of the general health of my roof as well. The job was done in a couple of days. Safe and professional.

Miles had his team come to fix a slow leak that has been plaguing us for years. Despite several roofers attempting to fix various aspects of the roof, the leak always persisted. Miles’ team came and spent time trying to trace the source of the leak. They were very good at explaining what they were doing and what they had found. After a thorough inspection they decided that the leak had to do with lead work that was cracked and said that the gully needed replacing with a fibreglass one. I really appreciated the updates on what they found/suspected and the explanations of the work really professional. The team carried out the work quickly and cleanly and with a really cheerful manner. They were really courteous and a pleasure to have around and they worked very very hard. As it’s a slow leak time will tell whether it’s gone completely, but the company seem certain it has and after such a comprehensive service I am very hopeful. Either way I have a ten year guarantee even though I don’t think I’ll need it. Can’t recommend enough.
