Our first floor ceiling was dripping water in the middle of the room. We thought it was the sunroom roof leaking water into the house. Called Room Addition Contractor Chino CA. The crew sent was checked it out and everything was fine. Then he spotted the water mark on the outside wall of the second floor. Went up to the roof and identified the real problem of our leak - a cracked tile and cracked vent. The rain water came down the side of the house from there, got into our sunroom and the ceiling on the first floor. Quickly fixed our roofs before the second rainstorm came in that evening.
These guys are amazing! We demolished our old sunroom, and rebuilt a new glass sunroom. Fabulous!!! They were very productive. They worked thru the August rain. They are awesome!! Great guys! Made our sunroom look amazing!!!!!!
