Delicious food and super friendly service. Excellent attention to safety during Covid-19 as well. They allowed us to have our puppy join us on the patio too. I'm not vegan but I highly recommend the food to anyone.

Root 8 is one of the better places I've eaten. Great food, wonderful staff and the creative ability to modify things to suit food restrictions. So excited to return as there's plenty for me to try on the menu! We're over an hour away but we'll be back! Thank you!
I had the pho bowl and a smoothie. Took a little while to come out and when I did I understood why. The presentation and freshness, not to mention the taste of the meal was outstanding. Not the cheapest place to eat but coming from a guy that doesn't like to waste money I can tell you, you are getting what you pay for at this place.
Decent menu and beer/wine selection. Friendly staff. Ordered cauli wings and really liked them.
I love this place. The food is always very tasty, freshly made and reasonably priced. Nice decor too. I highly recommend.
