I really appreciate Roots Behavioral and my caregiver, Ms. Melissa Livingston who offers suggestions for a more natural approach to keeping my body and mind healthy while taking medication. Ms. Livingston is very thorough and attentive. I have received exceptional care from Roots Staff and Ms. Livingston so far and am very happy. Every person I encounter at Roots is absolutely wonderful. They have really helped me to soon not need them or the medication anymore. They have shown me they really care about helping me help myself to get better. Highly recommend.

V is an excellent communicator. She has gone up and above her duties every time I have a question or an issue with my meds. I don't usually do reviews but I feel compelled this time. I dealt mostly with the PA as others mentioned but I did see Dr. Turnip once and he was very sympathetic to my concerns. At the end of the day I was able to receive the medication I needed and was happy with my experience.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I could not have finished law school, and taken the bar exam without their help. I look forward to my appointments with Sara Burgess and hope to keep her as my provider for as long as I can!
