Ridiculous system of ordering from electric boards, cant go backwards during order and change things, necessitates staff to help you. Pointless. Whoever uses system has to know EXACTLY what you want and how to find it.

Clean, well attended, foods are delicious and on time. That's why I always love KFC.
I always ask for no leg and there is 1 member of staff that always shouts and moans at me and then gives me the smallest pieces he can find. Awful customer service...
Nothing special. Came for a hot meal and got hot chips with cold chicken. You would think if you paid 15.95 for a hot meal you got one. Last time I will go here. They were Too busy to get it changed..
