Lol! Well I guess it's alright...you can pay your phone/internet bill here. Make sure you bring cash and the bills need be clean. The machine is very particular. I've never been inside the main store but covid era means the door is locked, until u knock and let u in 1 at a time. Sometimes there is a line. Ice cream while u wait is nice...just listen for the bells, it won't be long.

They are unprofessional. They do not value customers. They keep you waiting outside of their store like a dog. They give you an appointment to install the service and they do not show. My advice to you do not waste your time and go to Telnor, go to IZzE by Walmart, they treat you like a customer, you get to go inside the store and a rep will help you. Telnor is the worst company ever.

Told them that I needed a new router. They gave me a number to call. It was supposed to be in English. That is incorrect. My Mexican friend called for me. He was getting the run around each time he called on different days even. We tried calling several times with no luck. Currently we are looking at other wifi providers

First let me say that everyone I dealt with at the TELNOR Rosarito office in person was very friendly, helpful and professional. However, I have scheduled an install 4 times with TELNOR and all four times they FAILED to SHOW UP and FAILED to call and let me know they were not coming. Then they cancelled my order. I called the Toll Free Technician line and had a friend that speaks spanish fluently explain the situation, and the representative was attempting to begin a new order. We had given all of our information and then they said hold on please one moment while I get you a New Order #. Then they put us on hold and never came back....we waited on hold for 20 minutes and finally hung up. Then we called back, went through the same process with a new rep (and my friend was obviously frustrated. That representative said \PLEASE HOLD!\ and then hung up. Anyways, many experiences in Baja are very good. I've had excellent, friendly and helpful service from many. For the most part though I have to stay this company is Waaaay below par. So manage your expectations. You might have to pay a Mordida or Soborno to get some real service. Like I said the people at the office in Rosarito were nice when I went there in person, but after that the service royally sucks and so many people on FaceBook Baja groups said this is Typical of TELNOR. They said it takes 3-4 times to get them to show up. I tried so hard to get them to let me pay them monthly, now I'm going to Satellite....so frustrating.
