Only did phone business but the rep I spoke with Andre's was very knowledgeable and helpful! When I upgrade I will definitely be going to that store! Also even though some of my questions might have been alil obvious Andre's answered respectfully with zero judgment. Thank you for a good customer service experience.

Head phones are PRICELESS @ the gym. This review is for my experience with a headset exchange. Had an issue with a \u003eSoundsport Wireless Headset\u003c and Bose processed the exchange HASSLE-FREE, online with a super quick turnaround. Took barely a week. #BOSEFORLIFE

Wasay Khan - sales specialist went out of his way to make me happy. I was extremely upset that my second pair of Bose SoundSport wireless headphones which I purchased in summer of 2019 had already stopped working a month ago. I was promptly given a replacement and this was really really good service. His commitment to great customer service like this has me locked into the Bose brand for life. Painless process and very nice and friendly gentleman.

Great costumer service! I have Bose home theater sound system, Bose mini speaker and headsets. Their products last forever. Never had a problem with bose products. Great sound for movies&music and you can hear lows, mids, and highs. Clean & balanced music. Easy returns as well. Last product I tried was Bose Quietcomfort earbuds. Really relaxing music coming out of that little devices.

Excellent customer service! I bought my first Bose quiet comfort rose gold in D.C and after some use there was a lighting error of the batter light. It kept being on even when I already turned the switch power to “off”. I went to Bose Rosemont in Chicago with hope that the staff could probably help me figure out the issue. They said they could send them back to factory to repair but then it would take time, or they could just replace a new pair for me. The staff went to the back and retrieve a new pair for me, still unboxed, he even gave me the new case with the new accessories. The whole process took only a minute or two, and I walked out with a new pair looking and sounding amazing. My first pair of Bose was bought in 2008 - Bose on ear headphones. I’ve never used any headphone brand other than Bose. Heard that they are closing their store in North America, which is sad :( If you are a Bose fan like me, please keep supporting them!

I went in to the store in Chicago at the Fashion Outlets and Sergio Olivares was there to greet me with a warm welcome and smile. I explained to him the issue I was having with my earphones, he asked if I had time to spare so he could check a few things and updates I never knew I needed to do. After the updates didn't work, we called tech support. After both of us speaking to them and tech support giving me instructions that did not apply to my situation, he asked for the phone back and took control. He explained that my situation was different and that Bose was able to do an exchange on my earphones and that the steps they had me trying did not apply to my model. They must have put him on hold for a very long time, because next thing I knew, he told me he was going to make sure I left a happy and satisfied customer. Sergio did the exchange and apologized for the inconvenience of both tech support and the wait in the store. I explained to him that listening to him on the phone with tech support and there unwillingness to help either one of us and his above and beyond - can do attitude and make the customer happy, made me a huge fan of his and the wait time or inconvenience was the last thing on my mind. You truly have a wonderful, hard working dedicated employee in your staff and I hope this makes it to him. Bose has great products and I've always been a fan but Sergio made the experience and turned me into a lifetime customer who will make sure I tell everyone about him and my great experience. I was with a friend who wasn't sure he was interested in buying anything that day and after watching Sergio and listening to him my friend was very impressed by the customer service I was receiving and decided to purchase the ear buds he was looking at.

Product warranty and replacement is a scam! Noise cancelling headphone speakers broke and ordered replacement a month ago. Had to call customer service multiple times including to even get a shipping label because they never sent it. Was told would get the replacement headphones in 10 business days almost 3 weeks ago and still nothing. For the price would expect better. Be prepared to eat the cost or wait over a month and have to hunt down customer service if your headphones break.
