My place of work, have a food delivery service, and we have Bouna as one of the restaurant options (not my first time ordering from here or my first issue, if is not hair on the food, or hamburger undercooked), on Friday I order lunch from here, and I had food poisoning, try contacting our food deliver service, but no one helped, so I called the Restaurant, and not only they transferred me to 3 different locations until finally I spoke with someone from this location, and after some minutes on the phone, and making it sound I was lying, they just gave the run around. Someone was going to call me back and as of today, no one has, Why I'm going to lie about something like this, but also, I was not going to visit the ER or Dr. office during a pandemic. My advice, if you feel sick after earing something from this restaurant, just deal with it, and don't waist your time on contacting them, they do nothing for you.

Been to this location 15 times at various hours for my lunch break and its always been a seamless and great experience. Hard working polite staff. One time I had to wait longer than 5 minutes for my food and they gave me a free desert. Highly recommend this place
Drive through is a long wait even for one beef sandwich from ordering to ready to eat. Must be made fresh!
Surprisingly quiet on a Monday at dinner time. I’m in from out of town and was looking for something quick that wasn’t fast food. The buffalo chicken sandwich was great, high recommend. Side Caesar wasn’t great, but pretty standard so can’t complain. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
