Omg they were so awesome. I came in with a lot of questions, i ended up buying a new phone at a great price and getting a new plan. Chris and Suheidy were so helpful. I’ve had really bad experiences at other T-Mobile’s but this one is definitely the best !

Suheidy and Chris did an amazing job! Truthfully I wasn’t in the market to buy a new phone, however when I walked in they explained everything to me in detail and gave me a rundown of the different options for me... I then decided to purchase a new phone with them and I’m 100 percent satisfied! Very knowledgeable, very friendly- I felt like they wanted to genuinely help me! Thank you again guys!

One of the best experiences I had at a phone service provider in a long time! All the employees were super attentive and made sure to take care of all my needs! Will be coming back again and definitely recommend anyone to come to this location for their T-Mobile needs

I upgraded to a new iPhone 11 there. The guy assured me that by downloading this new app I could backup my pics/ videos faster. So I did it. 45 mins later I was ready to go. I then asked how I also get my apps onto my new phone like I had easily done on all previous upgrades. His response? “Oh...you’ll have to re-download them all...or you can do a factory reset on the phone...” So all my time spent waiting on just my pics/ videos was a complete waste. I’m now having to spend hours doing a reset. I’ve had an iPhone for years and have done many upgrades. This was by far the worst experience from someone just interested in making his job easier.
