I would highly recommend this place for all of your auto needs. I was treated with respect and honesty as a first time customer. I was updated frequently about the status of my car and they worked to get me the best value.

Unsafe towing! There are no lights or reflectors on the tow dolly this jeep is on. Every time the tow truck stopped or prepared to turn there was no warning. I watched multiple vehicles slam on their brakes because the truck came to a stop without warning or changed lane without warning. Oh, Minnesota requires headlights on when windshield wipers are on. No lights. That is some bad advertising BP!

Jeff and his team were great to work with! I was 4hrs from home visiting family when I started having brake issues. Jeff got my car in on a Saturday and was able to identify concerns quickly. Him and his team took the time to fix the issue that day prior to leaving town. I highly recommend taking your vehicle there! Great customer service!

My car was towed there 30 minutes before closing on a Friday. I’m not from the area and had called multiple places and was told they couldn’t get me in. Rosemount Auto got my car in, fixed, and ready to go within 30 minutes and the price was fantastic. I didn’t get the name of the guy who serviced my car (I wish I did!) but he was kind, knowledgeable, and quick! Thank you so much.
