We went a first time to try their poutine and omg went back a few times even during winter. Whether doe their poutine, the many choices of chocolat drip. chocolate bar, ice cream jug. I also tried their many recipes. Prices are fair, very clean, beautiful decor, staff are warm and welcoming and knowledgable. Will continue going.i'm addicted
We have been to other Chocolats Favoris primarily for the dipped ice cream which is absolutely delicious. Lovely thick coating with a variety of delicious flavours and toppings available as well. Once again we were not disappointed though service was a little slow. We did enjoy looking at some of the beautiful chocolates as we waited however.
I was told by the cashier that it corporate policy to only speak French to customers. Im not a resident of Quebec and as such dont speak the language. I will never return as as customer.
