Great experience from the eye exam to the glasses delivery. Yesterday I went for a repair on one of my frames .... excellent, professional, courteous and rapid customer service. I will go back for my next eye exam and will go with my family members too.
I have been very satisfied with the service I received at this new look. It's true that the staff could be more pleasant, but any time I've needed to get my glasses fixed (tightened, missing screws, adjustments) they always do it at no cost. My last pair of glasses had an issue and they changed the lenses at no charge and without a fuss. As for the price, the best time to get your glasses replaced is when they are running their 2 for 1 special.
I've been waiting for more than 3 weeks for my prescription glasses.. customer service is ok but every time I call to know if my glasses are arrived they say to call back in a few days.. Still waiting for them now.
