Joseph came to clean my sofa and living room chairs. He is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job, especially considering that there were 3 stains that needed removing. My sofa set looks like new! Thank you Joseph!

I had booked this company for a cleaning but they did not show up. When I asked why they kept saying they did not have my address so the booking was not complete. After I copy and pasted the email where I provided it and their response confirming, they stopped responding. I can't speak to their service in terms of cleaning but I was not impressed with the customer service. They couldn't even show up for an appointment or keep track of their booking information.
Extremely satisfied with my air duct cleaning, very hight quality standard company, amazing equipment let's said something over any of my expectations. Normal size housse in Laval, my duct cleaning done every 4 years, first time with Nettoyage Experts very happy I did choose them. My wife had 6 or seven emails back and forth with their employee. Our address was given, a date and time was agreed on and no one showed up. When she asked why no one was coming the employee said because no address was provided (despite it being shown in the thread of emails and all infomation was provided and responded to). Very disappointing that after a time had been agreed upon.Very unprofessional. We are moving in a week to somewhere very isolated and needed this service.
