I have been a tenant of two separate Rosetti properties over 6 years and have enjoyed my experience. I originally lived in the Shaker Run apartments and currently in the Woodlands. I have outstanding neighbors that make me feel like I'm apart of an amazing community. The maintenance has been exceptional whether it is an interior or exterior maintenance request. The Vice President of Property Management has gone above and beyond from the first day as a tenant to meet my needs and requests. The VP of Property Management and the owner of the company have been very accommodating to myself and my two children. I have always been treated respectfully and my requests have always been taken seriously. I would strongly recommend Rosetti Properties to anyone looking for luxury apartment living.

I have been a commercial tenant with the Rosetti's for almost 10 years, and it's been a great experience. They are caring, responsive and truly want their tenants to be happy and successful. We have had 3-4 or our staff rent from them on the residential side and it's always been a positive experience! there as well Keep up the great work!

I have lived at Rosewood for over 3.5 years. I’m so glad to finally be out. Maintenance answered requests quickly, and for the most part were reasonable. However, the main office treated me horribly numerous times. They are telling me that even though I paid the full security deposit in December 2015, my roommate gets to keep it with the apartment since she’s resigning a lease. She never paid any portion of a down payment to them. What?!?! Also, I paid through September and should still be on the lease. I have it in writing that I requested to be on till the end of September. They tell me today they can’t provide me with a copy of the most recent inspection because I’m no longer on the lease. Again... what?!?! I would NEVER recommend living at or working with Rosetti Properties. Most difficult 3.5 years of my life!!!!

I am completely embarrassed to say I live here and give these people money. This is the last straw, I am moving out as soon as my lease is up! They are no longer paying for recycling at any of their properties. They are too cheap to afford recycling?? And in the email to everyone they blamed it on China not accepting US garbage anymore, now that’s just a crazy excuse. How disgusting! Plus the centipedes...
