Slavik Soyarkov, I am sorry to hear your dissatisfaction. We looked into your project and found there were numerous issues out side of our control including the previous engineering firm quiting the project, the footings for the foundations were filled with water, the entire site was saturated from rainfall and our PM's worked very hard to try and find solutions to your project challenges. Our firm was asked to sign-off on work we did not see go in and the engineering support for your retaining walls was going to take the department time to start, investigate and provide a solution. Dishonest folks. They came out to our site charged us 650 for 30 minutes then ended up telling us its too much of liability for them lol then said maybe few weeks they will try to help us then few weeks later still didnt help us they said we are not thier \priority\well we ended up finding a real engineer he got it done in 1 day. would not recommend anyone to use them.

Very efficient with polite office staff... Also I called with a 911 need a inspection and they had someone out with short notice... I was impressed and appreciated the service
