I lived here they take great care of there residents. They try to listen to them, they take them out on outings. They to do things with them daily. While they are working. Such coloring, puzzles our even games and crafts. The staff also take part in doing them instead of just the clients doing it by themselves. ACR Homes has the best staff I have ever seen any where they are all caring about you. They do there best to also listen to what you want. They always to have plenty of staff to help out in the house and if needed more on outings. ACR Homes is the best. They are the best place to live.

Being an employee for ACR has changed my life! The experiences I have gained made me look at life different and also how patient care should be given. Every time I come into work I am showered with love from the residents I am taking care of. Some days it doesn't even seem like work just because I love my job that much. Every co-worker I have has my back and is just as compassionate as you would want care providers to be!
I've been working at ACR Homes for the past two years, and I think my experience here has really changed my life. Working at ACR Homes is definitely not an ordinary job. You're given the opportunity to care for the livelihood of others and meet the physical, mental, and emotional needs of another human's life. Through my time here, I've gained so much experience working with patients, following protocols and support plans, staying calm in difficult situations, and cooperating with other health professionals. But this is not all ACR has done for me, I also made some pretty amazing friends that I look forward to caring for every time I work. I know I won't stay with ACR Homes forever, but I'm definitely not looking forward to the day I leave.
ACR Homes has many houses to choose from and they place you with a home that fits well with your schedule, wants, and experience. I have been so impressed with the management and supervisors. The company values my work and time and accommodates to my busy schedule as a full time student. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for experience in health care. This job provides invaluable experience and there are so many opportunities for bonuses. I would have never imagined how much I would love my job here.
ACR Homes has blessed me in many ways & it is hard to put words to it. Here goes nothing: For starters ACR cares about the residents and the employees. They put on numerous appreciation events and activities where employees and residents can go to have a good time. I have learned how to use medical equipment and have found a new appreciation for humanity. I have become a proud advocate for all people with special needs and disabilities. I love the relationships I have formed while working for ACR and wouldn't trade them for anything. ACR provides a unique experience to its workers. An experience few people understand.
