My daughter was looking for a tablet and pen for notes for college classes. Evan helped us, he was very good and helpful. We narrowed down what we needed and got going. The store is low in stock, so they did not have it there, we had to order it.

Quoted a 45 minute wait to buy something despite 7 or 8 of their folks puttering around playing, drawing, and playing pocket pool. At least 3 people with iPads to check in the customers and apparently no one to actually help customers. Stupendous!

Went in for a phone repair. The staff was very helpful and diligent. Although the phone was not repairable I received good information about how to replace it.

Called the store to setup an appointment to get help with my watch that stop working and could not update. So asked the automated person at the Roseville Apple store for a repair appointment and was given an appointment. I drove the 40 minute drive from the foothills and was greeted outside of the store. This person was not going to let me into my appointment because it was booked with a sales person not a repair person. After 30 minutes of the run around explaining the appointment was referred by the phone robot, she’s said she could only book a telephone appointment for me. I explained to no avail that I needed a one to one appointment that’s why I drove such a great distance \u200d️. I left frustrated because they don’t listen they just talk in circles. The gate keeper at Apple must get paid by keeping people out of the store not for customer service. Unfortunately not the first time I’ve been ignored at the Apple Roseville store. Staff is pleasant but are trained to deflect and put you off.

Above and beyond customer service! A supervisor stepped in to resolve a small misunderstanding and they got me in, fixed, and out faster than I could even expect. One of the best experiences I have had with Apple to date.

THIS STORE HAS PROBLEMS.We came to the Apple Store in Roseville expecting to purchase an iPhone 8. Upon arrival we told the greeter our purpose to purchase a phone. PURCHASE. Not shop but give money to them for a phone. A full hour after checking in, and after several staff encounters to express our frustration, we met an affable sales clerk to begin the process.Why have not sufficient staff been dedicated to SALES? There are numerous red-shirt staff in the store but not the ones who can transact sales.

Appointment scheduled as instructed but extremely long wait times. One family with an infant waiting almost an hour for Genius Bar. New procedure we’re told but procedure needs to be seriously reviewed.
