I am disappointed honestly. I spoke with Alexis. She was really nice and got me all excited. She said she would send me some information and would follow up with me. She never called me, never emailed me. I followed up with her, asking her about the information she said she would send. No response. It was just a disappointment. I was excited, I thought she would help me .

Apple 1 is great if you’re a student or you’re entry level, they have helped me find placement 3 times - all 3 were great opportunities and the pay was far above what I could have gotten on my own (considering my previous experience consisted of mostly waitressing.) I am currently very happy to be working full time in a professional environment and making good where I was just hired on permanently, thanks to Apple 1!! I would also like to add that my dad is the one who recommended apple 1 to me, he has his masters in economics and finance and is currently CFO of the company where he works (Apple 1 did not place him, but he has used their services before and had only good things to say.) I would like to sincerely express my gratitude for Apple 1 always being willing to work with me and find Me placement I am a very satisfied customer lol!

Just spoke with Joann Cram an employee that offers open job positions. Joann she was extremely rude and unprofessional she hung the phone up while we were on the phone together. I’ve been in contact with her for a few weeks in regards to an response from an email she sent. Which I didn’t ever get a response back from her in regards to her inquiry. She asked for a whole bunch of private information which leave me to believe she is not doing her job correctly. She lied on the phone and said she emailed me back and left a voicemail she didn’t. Horrible customer relations. Bad work ethic.

They lack any sense of professionalism . I have my masters and 2 bachelors, ten years of work experience. Appleone roseville cannot provide advice on how to better a resume or be a better job applicant. This place is a scam at best.

I went in just to take a typing test that is accepted by the State of CA., as I am trying for a job with the state. It costs 15 to do this. I was treated very nicely, don't get me wrong. I am only writing this so that maybe something will be done about the condition of the keyboards. I type 62 wpm consistently; both at my home keyboard, and at my work keyboard. The keyboards at the AppleOne testing area stick, and are full of crumbs. They need to be cleaned. The fastest I could type was 47 wpm because I had to keep making corrections, due to either keys not descending far enough, or sticking to the point where they wouldn't type when I hit them. I even moved stations to try a different keyboard;. All the same. Isn't cleaning the keyboards on someones list of things to do? It should be. Someone needs to invest in a can of compressed air, or better, get newer keyboards. They really were gross. Just sayin.....
