I visit my parents regularly and am able to stay in the guest suite rather than having to stay at a hotel. I just love the building and the residents are so nice and fun! I really appreciate having access to the fitness center and being next to a walking pond. There are many options for activities, including a game room and a wonderful social community. Can't wait for my next visit!

My mother in law moved in a couple of years ago and absolutely loves it. The building is modern, yet comfortable and inviting. Her apartment is spacious well appointed and has a great view. It can easily compare with the high end condos going up around town, but without all the headaches. I'm jealous!
I was thrilled when I discovered Applewood Pointe Roseville. It has beautiful and secure living areas and common areas. There are lots of friendly people here, and there are plenty of activities to keep me busy. It’s located in a quiet residential neighborhood with walking paths nearby, and it’s close to shopping, restaurants, and the library. I made a great choice when I decided to move here.
Applewood Pointe has been a great place for my mom since she moved into the Co-Op. She has found a great community at the Co-Op and quickly got active in helping make decisions and even leading the book club. It's location makes it easy for her to get around the cities and for us to visit often. We enjoy visiting her and her unit is very cozy and felt like home shortly after she moved in.
We moved here about 2 years ago and we are so happy we did! We made so many new friends. We get to pursue our hobbies - gardening, billiards, card playing, quilting, and volunteering to help with the many special events here. We love Applewood Pointe of Roseville!
