These guys were great. Spent the time, before, during and after the sale. Just took care of me. Did the extras. Great facility. I flew up from L.A. and rode the bike home, and every aspect of the process was top notch. Loving the bike and that I gave these guys business that they earned. Well done.

My brother Jesus and I walked in yesterday and we found the perfect bike for him with our salesman David. Being that we are experienced riders we wanted to be sure it was the bike for him so we left to test out a few more bikes at Sac Harley. We didn’t like anything at Sac Harley so we returned to this dealership to buy. We sat down with David again to discuss pricing and asked again if there was anything he could do with the price. He became incredibly rude and disrespectful. We were ready to buy the motorcycle had our bank preapproval and had every right as customers to inquire regarding price negotiation. We ended up walking out and leaving credit app on his desk because of how rude and disrespectful he was and decided to go check out other dealerships next weekend to buy. Doesn’t matter how much we loved the bike it’s not worth being disrespected. Terrible dealership. Sacramento Harley had such amazing customer service we were sad they didn’t have anything we liked. If we could we would have bought something yesterday from Harley . Don’t bother coming to this dealership.

I've been looking at the new BMW R1250GSA for a while now, I went in to look prior to the COVID thing took over. Randy has continued to reach out via e-mail just to check in and to keep me informed. When I went in to meet with Randy in person he was a true professional, he was transparent and honest in his dealing with me all while keeping his distance to ensure safety. Randy also made sure I purchased the exact bike, with all the options I wanted and made sure I knew how to operate all of it prior to leaving. It is obvious that A&S Motorcycles is passionate about all things motorcycle, from Randy on the sales side, to Chuck on the test ride, to Mike in parts (he knows his stuff) and Mike in the Finance Office, everybody was a true pleasure to work with.
