I have had the pleasure of working with Andre and Stephen at Aston Carter. I have worked with many recruiters before and none of them compare. Andre went above and beyond to understand what it was that I was looking for in future opportunities and then he carefully matched my skill-set with openings. I was at a cozy job for 5 years with Flex PTO and seniority that offered a lot of flexibility. Andre suggested a contract position that I was naturally very wary of. He suggested this opportunity above others because he felt that my personality would mesh well with the culture. I decided to take that leap of faith and I am so glad that I did. Andre was completely right; I could not be happier! The new placement was a breath of fresh air and offered the relaxed atmosphere and challenging duties that I had been longing for. I thank Andre every chance that I get for going above and beyond to understand my needs (at times better than I did). The support did not end with placement, instead I routinely hear from Andre who checks in to pass along feedback and make sure all is going well from my perspective. He and Stephen also make sure to keep the contractors very happy with impromptu onsite breakfast deliveries such as yogurt, fresh fruit and bagels. Additionally, they both meet up with us after hours as well to discuss how everything is going and to provide us with merchandise. I have never seen a recruitment company this committed to their clients and I don't ever plan on venturing out. A huge thank you to both Andre and Stephen and should anyone be in need of a recruiter they are the only ones I would recommend.

I applied to a open position and I heard back the next day. I was living in San Jose at the time and was trying to find something in the Sacramento area. Although I was not in the area, the recruiter, Andre, would touch base with me either through email or phone call with job opportunities. They set up interviews for me and provided me with a guideline to prepare for the interviews. They were able to provide me with a great job opportunity that provided me with an opportunity to grow as I am a recent college graduate.
Aston carter got me a job I loved and enjoyed, It was an awesome experience to be part of Aston Carter and my recruiter, Andre Romine was very helpful and warm hearted person. He advised me all the tips and tricks for an interview, the job description and other details. He was very prompt when I finally got the job and got me processed to start employment straight away. I will be recommending others for this good organization.
I love Aston Carter! Steven is the best Account Manager. Steven & recruiter Alex were able to get me into a contract assignment for a 6 month maternity LOA that was located downstairs to their old office in Roseville. I loved running into them. When that contract ended, it only took two weeks for them to find another contract. Steven was able to create a better fitted position for me, researching and clearing their A/P Suspense account. The 2 month contract is now 5 months. I am sure my next opportunity is right around the corner. Can't wait to see what develops!
