This location is usually pretty good but not yesterday. Went in for new tires on my wife’s Trailblazer and came out with a filthy looking interior. I understand you may get the interior a little dirty but come on, at least clean up after yourselves! Being busy and bad weather is not an excuse. Not a way to treat customers.
I had just bought my Honda Civic coupe but I kept noticing that my tire on the drivers side kept leaking out, I didn't want to be overly charged by my dealership since I didn't know if I necessarily had coverage. I brought my car into bell tire and literally within 3 hours they called me back to let me know what the problem was and they fixed it. So quick! Super efficient, made my day!
Went in for a simple alignment after replacing rear suspension. Was told that an alignment could not be done because the front needed new control arms. The front suspension was replaced less than 2 years ago. Took the car home and looked at the parts myself, ball joints and tierod ends were all still good with no play in them. Went to a local shop for the alignment and was not told I needed any other parts replaced. Either the techs do not know how to diagnose suspension or they are trying to sell customers parts they do not need.
Did steering alignment & strut adjustments. Handle broke on door but they order a new part & fixed it on my schedule. Very respectful & accommodating. Matt was the sales rep I worked with very knowledgeable. Thanks for the professionalism!
