Come in store to pick up some TV today and got a such a good deal. Always enjoy to come to this location shopping. Lots of inventories and they will always do price match. Today Owen helped me with my order, very patient and have really good customer service. He checked through all details and helped us to choose the most valuable item we can Get. Very happy for this visit and will definitely come back again! Highly recommended!

Yes I was in there today I had to purchase this phone that I'm speaking on right now. They were extremely helpful and polite in store shopping. We all have to stand up for ourselves today and go out there and shop forget the mask. It's all a ploy

I came in looking for a wide angle lens for my camera and I didn’t have much idea of what lens to get. The associate Tyler, I believe that’s his name, helped me out and was SO helpful! I'm inclined to be a little negative when I make a return, it gets put on a card and a month later I go to use the card and my 25 return that was supposed to be on there only had 1. I went in just to use the card up and ended up spending 23 out of pocket for something I didn't really need at the moment. Constantly pestered in there by every employee at every turn. I know it's their job, but it's over kill. If you see me aimlessly wandering around just looking at anything and everything, it means I want nothing. So no, you cannot help. Unless you want to stop asking me if you can help me. Then yes, you can, by leaving me to my business until I have a question. I'll find you, best buy employee. You're everywhere like sentry bots.

Finding The Force

Post COVID - like many stores this one is very much different than it used to be. I do like that they have checkers at the front to help expedite online orders. Unfortunately I heard a couple of rude tones from the employees as they were informing me of bad news that repairs on electronics are taking several weeks due to the virus. Maybe they are just tired of repeating the same information to everyone? The facility and shelves were clean and organized, and the restroom was also fairly clean.

Went in to buy a fairly expensive camera and because of how i was dressed (construction) i got no customer service other than a hello and pointed at the camera i asked for. You would think the guy dress in work clothing has money!!! Oh well i left with out it and went to another best buy
