It was amazing I went in with no appointment and got my break pads changed in 3 hours just amazing. Super friendly people and very helpful. There was this crazy lady who was yelling at my husband about being blocked in she almost seemed to get violent.

On Thursday afternoon we had a catastrophic break failure stranding us along I80 in my restored 1966 Mustang Convertible. We were able to make our way to this location with no breaks hoping that they could assist us. Upon arrival we were met by the manager who was absolutely rude and unprofessional. Not only were they not able to help us, but refused to offer any assistance whatsoever. I have been a customer of this company for over 10 years going to the other location in Roseville off Fairway and have always been treated with respect. I would not recommend store #162 at all. We were fortunately able to get the parts we needed from the neighboring auto parts store, who loaned us a few tools, so we could fix the problem and safely get home.

These guys are great! I had break problems with my 2008 Ford Escape. My regular mechanic could not figure it out. The Ford dealer told me it was a a huge job and that I was probably better off getting rid of the car. Brake Masters in Roseville diagnosed the root cause and got it fixed for a very reasonable price. I have put 1000 miles on it since I picked it up and it is working great. Steve and Nick, you guys rock!

These guys are the best. I first used them back in August, and I'll never take my car anywhere else. I took my car in because my brakes were a little squeaky and they had about 50,000 miles on them. I basically told them to just go ahead and replace them because I was sure that's what it needed. They could have just done what I asked and taken my money. Instead, I get a call about an hour later from the technician (I believe his name was Nick) letting me know that my brakes still had plenty of life in them. Much appreciated! Besides that, they're prices are wayyy better than anyone else's. Big O wanted 120 for an alignment and 85 for a synthetic oil change. These guys did the alignment for 80-something and the oil change for 60-something. Overall, I highly recommend them!
