Had my eye on a massage unit which was on sale. I had an issue in line so I ventured into the store physically. Great experience. The young lady who assisted me was very helpful professional and knowledgeable. She assisted me in trying on various units until I found one that was just right for me. She also offered me ways to save and showed me some items she thought might also be useful. Thank you Brownstone for a great purchase and experience .
