Neighbors are using their services. They have their vehicles all over the place on our street. I park my vehicle in front of my house and it is there most of the time. If I leave for two minutes, when I get back they have their vehicles parked directly in front of my house, most of the time facing the wrong direction. Today I left for an hour and one of their people parked a motorcycle in front of my house, right in the center so I can't park. This is so incredibly rude, especially since there is plenty of space at both ends of the street where you can park without being in front of anyone's house (open space).
