Kathleen is an excellent designer and helped guide us through having two closets installed. Her skill in listening to our needs and designing appropriate closets was much appreciated. The installation went smoothly. We love our new closets!
Our consultant, Daniel White, was OUTSTANDING! He's very professional, creative and knowledgeable. He is extremely adept at using the CAD system which enabled us to visualize the design features.

On Sunday I went to fountains to have lunch with my husband and we decided to take a peep at the wonderful California Closets showroom since I have been interested in contracting someone to come out and design three of my closets. I walked in and was disappointed to not have been greeted by the young lady sitting in the office desk. my husband circled the entire showroom, and we were not asked if we needed help. The young lady seemed too busy texting on her cellphone and did not show us any interest besides "welcome in". We left disappointed because I was interested in scheduling, but after seeing the lack of attention to customers I refuse to give this company any of my money. I hope they have friendlier staff next time.
Although the designer was very good, the mediocre quality of workmanship and materials in the execution of the project is not worth the price. We used California Closets for our MBR closet and office, and a competitor for the other closets and garage. [California Closets, because they received such rave reviews; the competitor because we wanted to support a local business and they also had rave reviews.] The other company's work: outstanding, in both workmanship and quality of materials, and they came in at least 25% less than California Closets.
