I live in Clos Du Lac and recommend not buying. Ever since the rich douchebag that purchased the last three parcels and built a 10000 sq ft house, our community has gone down hill. The owner of that property has chopped down all the heritage oaks without consequence and in violation of state laws, fired off semi-automatic weapons at will (in a gated community no less), and had loud parties with live bands. Our quiet community is ruined and when I complained to the Clos Du Lac association, they said there’s nothing they can do. It’s all because of the CDL spineless money grubbing Swetzer. Horrible
