I was like veruca salt and candy store. New color Forest that I absolutely adore especially with the gun metal gray hardware. Too bad I don't have someone to say I wanted now and get it. Customer service is always fabulous there and the warranty and service is good I totally recommend

I usually love shopping for purses but today I was very disappointed in the selection and the service. Limited items without pricing and the people behind the counter didn't know how to ring on the computer. Didn't spend a fraction of what I normally would. Went to Kate spade instead.
Immaculate store with excellent customer service. Even though I couldn't find what I was looking for, still appreciate being able to run in and check on available stock. Did find something to purchase though. Store was Covid complient.
I was here on Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2020. 17:00 - 18:00. I just faced discrimination from Burberry, which then, I came here. I am medically exempt from masks. I am not required to disclose my condition. I had my medical exception card, and Newsom's documentation. I was refused service and kicked out of Burberry. This is a violation of Civil Code 51. No business shall refuse service to someone based on Sex, Race, Religion, Disability, etc. Regardless of health or not, it is my belief and free will to wish to breathe freely. I will not wear a mask or be dehumanized. I rights were violated on religion and disability. So I tried Coach and the girl here accepted me as a costumer with my medical conditions and was very nice, friendly, and helpful. I just wanted to browse, but nevertheless, I got good service. I'll keep this place in mind for when I am ready to buy. I have notified my friends of this place and to give them business.
Very attentive staff. Always willing to help you find what you need. Coach had such quality stuff. Love shopping there.

This is by far my Fav store for purses!!! The sales team are amazing super sweet and helpful and not pushy at all!!! They are actually happy to assist you!! If your in roseville looking for a new addition to your Coach collection I highly reccomend this store!!! Fransisco and everybody there are amazing!!!!
