Hmong Universe Channel

I had my surgery on December 26, 2019. I went to all of my follow up check up except the one in April 16th, 2020 due to covid-19 pandemic. Today March 26, 2021 I called to set up an appointment to have my eyes check because I was having problem with my eyes. I couldn't see well and I fail my DMV eyes test. They didn't have any record of me in their file. The receptionist said my surgery was too old and didn't have any record of me in file.

My wife had her epi-lasik performed at the Roseville office. What a disorganized mess. The procedure was done. We went to several follow up appointments at that Walnut Creek office. Somehow they missed that her left eye was “dry” and not healing correctly. On top of the 3400 they charged for the surgery they want to charge us 1500 for an “aggressive” eye flush and drops. Part of the whole sales pitch is you pay nothing for a year after for follow up care. This seems like follow up care. Avoid this place

They were very nice the first time I went in and then after that day, they just seemed rude and short. I got the surgery, it went ok, they didn't seem very nice that day and the surgery could have gone smoother but it all worked out ok, but then they told me I need to have a follow-up appointment the next week, and I told them that was too late of notice, I probably couldn't make that work with work, I tried to make it work and I couldn't and they got mad at me about that. Kind of disappointing how rude they were to me once I signed the contract to pay for the surgery. They did mention when I signed it that I would also need a day the week after off work for the post surgery check up. That ended up slipping my mind and they never mentioned that necessary appointment again, out of all the appointment confirmations and talking with them on the phone, they just kept saying I would need the day off for the surgery, and never mentioned the week after. Just not a great experience with this place, maybe other locations are better. I should haveghave with a place that costed more and is nicer and also won't charge if I ever need it done again to recorrect the vision. It's okay, I was trying to find a good place that didn't cost too much, and I just ended up with people that weren't super nice after I signed. All is well and I can see good and there is a couple of good people at this location, but just wish they weren't so mean after you sign.
