My wife and I were very happy to have been left alone for twenty minutes while comparing bike carriers. When we had made our decision the salesperson(1 of 2) around came with a cart and help us with the purchase and price matching the nearest (brick and mortar) store on their price. Half an hour later we were using the carrier to transport bikes to our favorite trail. Awesome!! Thanks!!

Initial visit to order bike was great, however pickup experience was very poor. I left with a bike that has many deep scratches (was told some show up worse than this so I should probably just take it), initial battery wasn’t charged, the one that was switched out the lights don’t work properly (I was told oh, on these “cheaper” models it’s not so reliable - 1600 isn’t a throwaway investment btw) and the fenders I’d purchased weren’t put on (I was told someone tried to call me about it - they didn’t - and there’s now no stock with no eta). For something I was really excited about now I feel a big let down and that I probably shouldn’t have even taken the bike home.

I was looking for tires and tubes for two older 27" touring bikes. Limited supply in store but the salesman called around to different stores and found 2 tires for me. They will be delivered sometime over the weekend. He went out of his way to find 2 tubes instore and track down the tires. I still need to find one more tube online somewhere. Good service.

I came in wanting to buy a 20" bike for my 5 year old. Noah and the store manager help me remove reflectors lower seats swap seats try 3 different bikes to get the seat low enough so he could ride. We walked out with a great bike and all my son wants to do is ride it. Really happy with my store experience. Thanks.
