Patrick is awesome! Sent him a picture of the job. He knew exactly what to do down to the nitty gritty details. Highly recommend him.

EXCELLENT customer service & a wealth of knowledge! Pat & his crew went above & beyond for our pool project. A special thank you to Mama Marian (the hardest working crew member) showing the boys how it's done! Look no further for quality & efficient service. We will be a repeat customer for future projects.

We just wanted to take a moment and thank each and everyone of the folks at Fat Cat involved in their part of our newly built pool. We took on the adventure of an owner/builder pool which is a major cause for anxiety in of itself but from the moment we met Pat we knew we were dealing with a group of professionals. Everyone that we came in contact with treated us with respect made us feel as if we were their primary concern. They took their time to discuss every step of the process, never making us feel as if we were intruding. Pat went above expectations with sharing explanations and recommendations with his immense knowledge and experience. We would especially thank Mariam and her team that did most of the build. Each time we dealt with Mariam, her professionalism shined through. We salute you and thank you all for a job well done. Rest assured that we will be singing your praises to anyone that will listen.

I was referred to Pat at fat cat excavation by a friend. Like real estate, I would think this business is built on referrals. Initially Pat was helpful and spent some time explaining things over the phone to me. However, once we were in contract with a scheduled excavation looming less than a week away and I had not received a call back from him after waiting a week, I then text him and left an additional voicemail on two consecutive days, still with no call back. The next morning, he text to cancel (flake) on the excavation, only 3 days prior! saying that I was being too pushy. I don't think requesting a confirmation and phone conversation to discuss the details of a 4000 transaction just 3 days away is being pushy. What time would he show up? How many people so I can buy bottled water? Do I need to take the fence down to access the backyard or will he? Etc etc. all questions still unanswered. His excuse for not calling me back was that he gets 50-100 calls a day and he doesn't want to work with someone who is being \pushy.\ Well, I have a feeling since the 50-100 calls are too much for them to reply to, the number of calls will quickly start to diminish, especially flaking, canceling, and failing to perform per a contract, just 3 days prior.
