Teach your driver's to check their own door tags for signatures, updated instructions, corrected phone numbers... BECAUSE THEY DON'T LOOK. (2 different opportunities) Do something so updates from your central customer service group get dispensed to the driver's because FEDEX DOESN'T. (3 opportunities) Other than that, behind the desk, in person, SYLVIA ROCKS and went to extra lengths to assist me and got the package into my hands.

Staff here is always attentive to what you might want to know when shipping various products. If you have preprinted tags they ask when you arrive instead of making you stand in line before being told you can just drop them off and leave. Always willing to drive here to make sure Priority packages make their destination on time.
Bad customer service and appalling behavior by employee. I was there this evening around 5 pm when an employee was helping a customer. The customer was trying to share some details regarding their situation and the employee was having a hard time hearing them. The employee reacted by say, "I'm so over these masks! Can't we all just be done with them now" and proceeded to remove their mask while still at the customer service desk and with a line of customers going out the doors. Then they put their mask on and carried about their business. I've interacted with this employee several times and they tend to have large, inappropriate reactions especially with customers present. They seem to be very dramatic, loud, and short with their language. I'm struggling to find where to report this concerning behavior to the company so I'm resorting to this review in hopes they see it. I do believe this employee is management.
Although I am still peeved at FedEx because they wouldn't leave my package in the apartment locker system & I would never ship with them. There was one bright spot & that was the young lady at the customer counter ... She was very efficient & VERY nice.
This is the place just next to the Costco business center okay now I will be remember it ! And we are just drop it off the package and it went through fast and smooth
Shop looked old and dusty but the customer service was nice and very professional. Easy in easy out
Sent some important documents 2 day in state (Mpls to Detroit Lake). One envelope was 28. Was supposed to be delivered by noon and did not arrive till after 7 pm. Not real happy. Very expensive and late.
FedEx is great. Sometimes they ship me the things that I buy.
