I came in with a Groupon and felt pushed to buy a package. First, the photos were not that great, showed all my flaws. When I told her that my boyfriend would kill me(he's a photographer) if I purchased a package, she didn't seem to care but continued to push the package. When I told her the photos needed touching up she said, "Oh your boyfriend could probably do more than we can do, have him touch them up." What the?? I did buy the 499.00 package and immediately regretted it. I called multiple times to the Roseville location and their corporate office and was told there was nothing they could do (all sales final - have they heard of recycling??). When the photos arrived, they were not the ones I wanted. They gave me multiple photos of one pose, hey, I only have one boyfriend, what am I supposed to do with the duplicate (2) 5x7 poses? When I called about it I was informed, "that's how they come in the package." Rene (the gal who said my boyfriend could touch up the photo's) was more concerned with them touching up the walls and floor then how I looked. Bad, Bad, Bad service. Rene, think about how your client looks rather than the exterior of your studio. We are the client. Paint your walls and fix the floor if its SO important to you. Lastly, the photos I received where not the photos I ordered. I have yet to call and complain about that. But I will write a review after I speak with them.

This is also the location of MODERN BODY CENTERS. I purchased a Groupon deal for Radio Frequency Skin Tightening treatments. After sitting in the small waiting room with a very noisy reception area and two small children listening childrens music to entertain these to kids while filling out several pages of medical forms, I was told by the estitician (in front of everyone in the reception/waiting area) that due to my high blood pressure, I would need a doctor's release before they could perform the treatments. I should have been in a separate waiting room and PRIVATELY told the reason why they could not treat me!!!! I told that I just want a refund. They said that they would take care of it on their end because it would be faster than me going thru Groupon. Two weeks later, I have heard nothing. So I called Modern Body Centers and was told that I need to go through Groupon for the refund. I could have save two weeks time if I had known that!!! Thanks ALOT, MODERN BODY CENTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BUYERS BE WARE!!!!!! I actually give them Zero stars
