Glass masters is always a pleasure to work with. They do all of my glass installs for all of my remodeling projects . Definitely recommend working with them in Folsom and the Roseville area.

Talk about taking all the stress off your plate. We broke our commercial glass door. We called them, they immediately came out to take measurements, and the door was installed two days later. James arrived as schedule and installed the glass what felt like minutes. This company has their act together and conduct business in a professional manner. Keep up the good work. Javier M. This isn't my first experience with Glass Masters. They are my go-to for all things glass! Our most recent experience is worth writing about: During our house sale we had a very last minute request for a cracked garage window to be replaced by the request of the buyer's lender. I called Glass Masters in a panic and Regina quickly sent out someone to measure and kept me posted on the delivery and installation timeline. She even forwarded a copy of the work order to me so the lender would be satisfied and not delay our sale. Regina's professionalism, care, and compassion were just what I needed during a very stressful time! The window was installed flawlessly and right on time. I will always call Glass Masters for any and all glass work I need! Regina is the best!
This review is for Regina who yells, is rude and hangs up on a customer. All the others I've dealt with at Glass Masters, especially Francesca in the office, rate five stars. If you were treated very badly over the phone, I suspect you talked with, or tried to talk with, Regina. She yelled so much it was difficult for me to say anything at all. In her mind, it was my fault I didn't let them know the windows to be installed needed a ladder to reach. ?????? Seems like a ladder would be basic to any service call, but if not, s.he could have asked before hand where the windows to be installed were located. It's very hard to believe anyone like this has any dealings with customers. No customer service skills and a poor representative of an otherwise fine company

I recently got 5 windows, and 2 sliders replaced by the Glass Masters. They made the entire process quick and easy from the very beginning. Ben came out to measure all items and explained in detail the different options I had as far as what type of windows/sliders to choose from. They provided updates as to when my order came in and we were able to quickly set an appointment for the replacement. When they arrived with their team to replace my windows, they were extremely professional, quick, and made it turned out amazing. They took the time to make sure all aspects looked great and to make sure I was satisfied with the overall outcome. When they left, everything was cleaned up as if no one had been there but I was left with gorgeous new windows! If you're looking for a great company who really cares about their customers and their overall work, Glass Masters is the way to go. I definitely would not hesitate to recommend this company and will always use them for any of my glass needs.
I called this morning to see if I could receive an estimate for a mirror installation. I spoke with a lady who was short and rude with me on the phone. She told me to receive an estimate she would charge me 45 dollars and if I retained their services it would be applied to the cost. I then told her I would have to call to see if I could get some other estimates. She then hung up on me. I called back and asked if could talk to the manager, she said she was the manager. She then raised her voice at me telling me about her experience being a manager. I told her she needed to learn something about customer service. I then asked for the owner she told me she didn't have to give that information. I then told her I would be coming in to talk to the owner. She said fine. Very rude!
Gotta hand it to these folks, they came thru for me when my driver's rearview mirror fell off into the street! It's terrible trying to drive without that mirror! These folks were able to get me a factory cut mirror to attach myself in 2 days, in time for my drive back to Washington. Great service!
